Based on the autobiographical graphic novel by Alison Bechdel, Fun Home is a musical coming-of-age story. Present-day Alison recalls her youth in the Bechdel Funeral Home, seeking understanding of her father’s death and acceptance of her own sexuality. This undeniably human story invites audience members to process and reflect alongside Alison upon the moments which brought each of them to this point in their lives.
